Day 3.11

Day 3.11

It's something that's on my mind, I'm in a state of peace, I'm expressing what's going on in my head, I could just put down anything else, but will I be true to myself... Ramadan is a test of self and conviction, it's a denial of luxury and sustenance in order that we appreciate what we have been granted.

We have been granted free will, to discern and question things pertaining to deen. We do not have a clergy, our relationship with Allah SWT is direct and not through an intermediary.

My question is valid. From a theological perspective; I'm a non practising muslim seeking guidance and enlightenment in order to understand my religion.

The answer is simple. There isn't an Ayah or Hadith that espouses the prevention of females being educated.

So why isn't this point debated with the proponents of this doctrine on a point of theology.

Am I allowed to question a point of religion where I seek clarity without fear of persecution or harassment.
