I've been reading up and absorbing, it's not all going to register but I can refer back to it from here. It's good to use various sources, to contrast and compare.
None of us can become completely up to par on it all but a good collection of references to turn to is a great way to cover lapses in ones understanding.
Just taking the word of family, friend or colleague is not advisable because what is projected and perceived is subject to differences. I wouldn't take anyone's word as the gospel truth unless it is cited as such. It can always be cross referenced.
